WW2 German Kriegsmarine Taschenuhr KM MARKED POCKET WATCH ALPINA VERY NICE

This is a KM marked military Pocket Watch produced by Alpina, and used for Naval Service. During the Second World War, the German Kriegsmarine utilized a variety of precision timepieces for navigation, coordination, and general service use. Pocket watches remained an important tool, particularly for officers and technical personnel who required reliable and portable timekeeping. Manufacturers such as Alpina produced high-quality movements that were both accurate and durable under field conditions.

Many of these watches were marked with "KM" (Kriegsmarine) to denote naval issue or acceptance, and they typically featured clean, highly legible dials with luminous elements for low-light visibility. Made of a brass with a nickel-plated case, this Swiss-made Alpina Stop Watch is in VERY NICE used condition! It features a white dial with Arabic numerals, a sub-seconds register, and luminous hands, with some loss to the original luminous paint as expected with age.

The dial is free of chips or damage, and the KM marking above the Alpina signature remains CLEAR and well-defined. The case retains its original finish with NO plating loss, showing only light scratches and wear from use. The watch is COMPLETE and 100% ORIGINAL...

And features a signed Alpina Calibre 355 movement. The watch winds and sets correctly. Though it is 100% FUNCTIONAL, as it has not been serviced in 30+ years, I would suggest. A standard cleaning/service to operate reliably.

The acrylic crystal shows some scratches but remains clear with no clouding. Overall, a VERY NICE and desirable Kriegsmarine-marked military pocket watch PERFECT for any collection or display!
