Ww2 German Kriegsmarine 7x50 Binoculars M Marked Copper Armature Beh Coded Leica
Original set of WWII German Kriegsmarine binoculars used by naval crews. Armature is copper-coated to prevent corrosion. These were manufactured in the desirable 7x50 power. Made by Ernst Leitz GmbH, Wetzlar, today's famous LEICA, one of the best optics manufacturers of the time. They are " M "marked on the rear of the right case, and with the wartime military-ordnance code of " BEH " on the rear of the left case of the binoculars, as well as serialized. They are also marked K. F " over " O , denoting internally treated with Low-temperature lubricant. EXCELLENT, clear optics with good collimation and good adjustment, given their age. Independently-adjustable black BAKELIT eyepieces are in very good condition, with no cracks or chips.
