WW2 german first aid kit SS / Kriegsmarine / Luftwaffe

Judging by the color, the first aid kit belonged to the SS, Kreigsmarine or Luftwaffe. Found in an old German KREIGSMARINE port - currently this port is in Poland. Not cleaned, not maintained - fter finding it, it was only washed and cleaned of sand.
