West German World War II 1957 Reissue Naval Kriegsmarine Mine Sweeper Badge. Measures 1 3/4" wide by 2" tall. The front shows a splash of water with the ocean at the base in the center.

It is surrounded by an oval oak leaf wreath. Has a wide vertical pin back with a'c' catch. One piece die struck nickel construction with gold plated high lights. This badge was manufactured by Steinhauer & Luck Ludenscheid Germany.

On the World War II version there was an eagle clutching a swastika in his talons at the top of the badge.
