Star Authentic Model B Ww2 German Army & Kriegsmarine Issue Holster

No firearm, ammunition, or magazine is included with this holster. For WW2 Holster collectors, Militaria collectors, & for Star Automatic Pistol collectors & owners is this Genuine WW2 Star Model B Holster. This is not a reproduction holster. I've been collecting Star pistols for more than 20 years and I guarantee it's authenticity and also that it is/was the correct WW2 standard issue holster for the Star Model B Nazi contract pistols that saw service with the German Army & Kriegsmarine during the big war. These holsters are sometimes listed/advertised as "German made" which is an easy assumption to make.

Very well made, and sturdy holsters, these brown cowhide holsters, like the Star Model B 9MM pistol, were made in Spain. Most German made wartime holsters had a maker's identifying mark and date on them, and these holsters had zero designation of their origin or date of manufacture.

This G/I bring back war trophy holster is 77-79 years old and in very good condition indeed for it's age, and no telling what it went through during it's service life. The original stitching is very clean and tight. It's closing strap is still somewhat supple, & not brittle, and does not have a frayed curled up end which is often seen in this class of WW2 holsters of this type construction. There is "one stitch", barely noticeable, missing at the base of the closing strap & it's highlighted in photo # 11.

Holster's most noticeable blemish is a dimple on it's back side apprx an inch below the belt loop & is highlighted in Photo # 10. It is not a perforation or hole in the leather.
