Rear-Admiral Erich Topp-Signed Photo, U-boat, Kriegsmarine, Reuben James, WWII

Prior to the end of the war, he commissioned the U-2513 which he scuttled on May 8th, 1945. Included with this listing you will receive a 5x7 photograph of the Reuben James, a cover cancelled on the Reuben and copy of letter he wrote to me about the sinking of the Reuben James. Please note you will receive a copy of the letter not the original, It has an historic explanation of the event all 3 items make an interesting display.

I will also Include a copy of his biography. The transmittal envelope to me is not included. The autograph, signature on the photograph is hand signed on the photograph, it is actual real not a scan, copy, reproduction, copy or forgery of any type and is unique to me, (due to size and listing of all three U-boats) I corresponded with him over a 3-year period.
