Original WWII German Kriegsmarine Navy Foul Weather Leather Deck Jacket Coat

From my research, I believe this is a Kriegsmarine Foul Weather jacket. As the photos show, the black leather is in overall solid condition, with typical creasing and scuffs from age and use. On the shoulders, there are areas to add shoulder boards. On the breast, the very top two buttons on either side are missing, but all of the other buttons are present. The inside breast is marked with an RBN number.
