Original WWII German Kriegsmarine Chevron Patch Lot - Set of 4. Up for sale is a bundle of four (4) original WWII-era German Kriegsmarine sleeve chevrons, removed from wartime naval uniforms. 2x Gefreiter (single gold chevron - Able Seaman / Private First Class). 2x Obergefreiter (double gold chevron with dark blue ribbed center - Leading Seaman / Corporal). Material: Gold bullion/cellon thread on dark navy wool. 7 cm wide x 4.5 cm tall (? 2.75" x 1.75"). Condition: Removed from uniform, with visible wear, loose threads, and some fraying consistent with age/use. See photos for exact condition. These chevrons were worn on the upper left sleeve of the blue naval service blouse or reefer jacket.
