Original WW2 German 2nd Pattern Kriegsmarine Officer's Dress Scabbard

Original WW2 German 2nd pattern Kreigsmarine dress scabbard Stamped (Original Eickhorn Solingen). The scabbard is in very good condition with very nice detail but but it does show some wear from being used, and has a few small dents to the lower end (see photos) I read that these dents used to happen when walking through a door ways and the lower part of the scabbard getting caught in a door when shutting behind them. There is also is a very slight bend in the scabbard is self (I have not tried to bend it back) It could probably do with being heated up. The release button still works well and as it should.

Overall it is any very nice condition and complete! Would make a very nice display item.
