NCO nva jacket ww2 blue wool German Navy Kriegsmarine 1947 Uniform

I believe 4 yaers+ of service, ribbon bar, silver aiguillettes. I believe it is wool with polyester liner. Minor pinpoint spots are pictured, not noticeable. I used a glue type lint remover without worry of pulls. One hole in lining pictured, almost like a screwdriver hole, lining is fine.
