Ww2 German Gasmask (kriegsmarine.)

This is a GM30 third model snout, size 2, the mask is in very good condition, it has connection for microphone on the right side, all straps is intact and flexible, the lences is blurry but it comes with an extra pair, stamped inside with ink. Producer (Byd) and year 43 and waffen amt. Comes with a FE 41 filter, filter has waffen amt and some other stamps in ink.

Eye rings and snaut is painted dark blue, read explanation bellow. For raw material reasons, in the future the bulk of gasmasks will be produced in magnetic form (Eye pieces and other metal parts will be made out of iron in stead of until now from non-ferrous metals).

Identification of the magnetical gasmask. Fitting, protective screen, clamp to mount the connector and eye pieces will be painted in a dark blue colour b.

Retaining rings, ground rings, threaded ring for the exhaust valve, rivet eyelets, buckles and hooks are galvanized and unpainted.
