Rare and Original WW2 Kriegsmarine Wrist Watch with a 15 jewel Festa 720 movement. The watch face is marked K. The back of the watch is marked with an early issue number of 154648. The movement is marked FESTA 720 to the bridge. For spare parts or for repair.

The trunnion of the escape wheel is broken and there is no stone. The inscription KM 720 has been erased on the dial. The original official watch for the Kriegsmarine, made in the 1940s in Switzerland. A distinctive feature is the designation of K. The Festa brand was a member of the Union Horlogere cooperative union together with Alpina and other manufacturers of military watches. The Reich ordered watches according to a certain set specification. The mandatory requirements for KM watches were: a light dial with luminous markers and hands, easy-to-read simple Arabic numerals, a screw-down steel case back with moisture protection, an anchor mechanism on 15 stones with a shockproof device.

All of these criteria are well illustrated in this watch. Screwed steel cover, numbered, "FESTA / ROSTFREIR / STAHLBODEN" pierced inside.
